Securing Your Reservation
To reserve any of our yachts and boats, ranging from 33 to 164 ft, an advance deposit of 30% is required. We do not hold dates or specific vessels without this payment. Charter rates range from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour, and all listed prices already include VAT. Standard inclusions cover fuel, a licensed captain and crew, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. The remaining charter balance is settled prior to departure. Our team responds in the WhatsApp chat within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST to process your booking details.
Guest Conduct and Provisions
Guests are fully welcome to bring their own food and beverages on board, including alcoholic drinks, with zero corkage fees applied. You do not need a passport or ID to board our vessels. The total number of guests must never exceed the specific vessel capacity, which reaches up to 90 guests on our largest craft. Optional arrangements such as catering, BBQ menus, DJ setups, decorations, car transfers, fishing tackle, and water sports equipment like jet skis or flyboards can be added to your booking upon request via WhatsApp.
Safety Coverage and Vessel Care
Every charter includes comprehensive marine insurance coverage alongside a fully licensed captain and professional crew. Safety equipment, including certified life jackets for all guests, is supplied on every craft across the entire fleet. Guests are expected to treat the vessel and its onboard amenities with appropriate care throughout the trip. Any extra services arranged on request, such as Seabob rentals, banana boats, or drone photography, operate under the supervision of the onboard crew to maintain safe standards during the charter.
Adverse Weather Rescheduling
If adverse sea or weather conditions do not allow sailing on your scheduled day, we offer two straightforward choices. You can either move your charter to another agreed date or request a complete refund of your payment. We settle all scheduling adjustments directly in the WhatsApp chat. Because safety governs our departures from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour, the decision to postpone rests strictly on whether conditions permit safe navigation. Outside of weather events preventing sailing, date confirmations remain tied to your initial reservation agreement.
Charter FAQ
What happens if sea conditions prevent our boat from sailing?
If the weather does not allow sailing, you choose whether to move the charter to another date or receive a refund of your payment. We agree all new dates directly with you in the WhatsApp chat.
Under what circumstances can I receive my deposit back?
A 30% deposit secures your booking. If unsafe weather conditions make sailing impossible on the agreed day, you can choose a full refund of your payment instead of rescheduling the cruise to an alternative date.
Are we permitted to carry our own refreshments and alcohol?
Yes, guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, aboard any of our 88 yachts and boats. We charge no corkage fees, and soft drinks, water, and ice are already included on every charter.
