Securing your yacht is straightforward. A 50% deposit locks in your date and vessel. The balance is payable 48 hours before departure. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and online payments. Once booked, you'll get a voucher via WhatsApp with all the details and a photo of your boat. Note that 5% VAT applies to the final total.

Yes, the price you see is comprehensive for standard cruising. It includes the vessel, a qualified captain, crew members, fuel, ice, water, soft drinks, and towels. You also get access to the sound system. The only extra cost is the mandatory 5% VAT. Things like food or jet skis are optional add-ons.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own catering and beverages, including alcohol for those over 21. The crew is happy to assist with service, and electric grills are available on many boats. Alternatively, we can organize professional catering for you.

Swimming is definitely an option during daylight hours. The captain will anchor in a safe, designated spot, usually near JBR or the Palm. Life jackets are provided, and the crew keeps a watchful eye on everyone in the water.

Safety is our priority. If the Coast Guard issues a warning or conditions are unsafe, we will notify you immediately. We will try to reschedule your booking. If a new date doesn't work for you, your deposit will be fully refunded.

You can cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Between 24 and 48 hours, there is a 50% charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. We always try to be flexible with timing changes if you contact us early via WhatsApp.
